The first chart shows the population of England and Wales between 1700 and 2000. The second chart gives information about the birth and death rate in the same counties in the same period. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Introduction
The bar chart gives information about why workers took leave of absence in 2000 and 2010.
Overview
Overall, although the figure for people not going to work because of illness was in decline, it was always the most popular reason throughout this decade. However, people seeing stress as the reason accounted for the least percentage.
Body paragraph 1
From 2000 to 2010, the highest proportion was taken up by workers who asked for sick leave, at 45%, 43% and 35% respectively. Similarly, there was also a downward trend in the figure for workers who did not go to work due to family responsibilities, from just over 20% to around 18%.
Body paragraph 2
In contrast, people who chose stress, personal needs and unexpected problems as their reasons for absence constituted 5%, 14% and 10% in 2010. After that, the figures saw an increase of 5% in personal needs and stress and meanwhile a rise of 8% in unexpected problems.
