The first graph gives the number of passengers traveling by train in Sydney. The second graph provides information on the percentage of trains running on time. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Introduction
The charts provide information about how many people in an Australian city travelled by train over a decade and how punctual train service was over the same period.
Overview
In general, there was an upward trend in the passenger population, but delays became more frequent over time.
Body Paragraph 1
More specifically, Sydney-based trains served 250 million travellers in 1995, a figure that gradually grew to 280 million over the subsequent five years. This slow growth was followed by a more rapid climb over the turn of the century, when a record-high 300 million user base was reported. The number soon declined back to the 280 million level and remained at more or less unchanged afterwards.

Despite the increased popularity of rail travel in Sydney reported above, it became less punctual. In 1995, 93% of trains arrived on schedule, approaching the highest level recorded. This was followed by fluctuations between 85% and 95% over the subsequent eight years. Performance from 2003 to 2004, however, suffered a rapid fall (20%), given that almost a quarter of trains failed to reach designated stations on time.
