The diagram below shows the structure of a home smokery and how it works. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Introduction
The diagram illustrates the components of a home smoker and how it is then used in the process of making smoked fish.
Overview
Overall, the home smoker mainly consists of two rectangular chambers under the ground level to ventilate air and produce smoke, and one firebox above to smoke the fish. The process of making smoked fish needs fresh air, wood smoke and various fish high up the firebox.
Body Paragraph
In the first stage, the lid on the first chamber is open so that natural air can pass through and then move forward along the tunnel of the smoker. Meanwhile, the stacked logs are smoldering and burning on the fire with the assistance of clean air, thereby volumes of smoke is generated. By creating an enclosed environment, the lid on the top must be closed so there would be no smoke letting out. Following this, the smoke travels into the firebox on the ground through a narrow pipe connected to the underground chamber. The last stage is carried out where a variety of fish hung on the firebox are heated for many hours until the fish are infused with truly smokey flavor.
