The charts below show the number of tourists to Australia from three countries in 1995 and 2005, and the types of travels between 1995 and 2005. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Introduction
The bar chart illustrates how many tourists from the UK, the US and Japan visited Australia in 1995 and 2005, while the line graph displays the changes in the number of tourists choosing two types of holiday from 1995 to 2005.
Overview
Overall, more and more British and American people liked to travel to Australia, while the number of Japanese visitors dropped. Meanwhile, there was a fluctuation in the number of backpackers, but staying at resorts was chosen by an increasing number of people.
Body paragraph 1
In the bar chart, the number of Japanese travellers to Australia was by far the highest in 1995, at 1.5 million, which was 700,000 and 1 million higher than the figure for visitors from the UK and the US. However, during this decade, while there was a downward trend in the number of Japanese visitors to 1 million, the figures for travellers from the other two countries experienced an opposite trend, rising rapidly to 1.5 million in 2005.
Body paragraph 2
In the line graph, 1.5 million people preferred backpacking in 1995. The number then increased significantly by 1 million five years later before dropping dramatically to just over 1 million in 2005. In contrast, although staying at resorts only had approximately 350,000 visitors at the beginning, the figure was exactly the same as that for backpackers in 2005.
