The first chart shows the average housing prices in two cities in one country in 2010 and 2015, with projections for 2025. The second chart shows the percentage of people aged 30-35 who owned a home in 2010 and 2015. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Introduction
The bar chart illustrates the housing costs in a particular country from 2010 to 2025, while the pie chart provides information about the proportion between owners and renters in the 30-35 age group.
Overview
Overall, what stands out from the chart is that the figure for the price of houses on average increased yearly to varying degrees in the first five years and this trend will continue until 2025. People who rented houses occupied a larger proportion than those who owned a house.
Body paragraph 1
In 2010, the housing prices in city A averaged around 350,000 dollars, which was nearly 200,000 more than that of city B. Over the next few years, this figure rose sharply and is predicted to peak at approximately 750,000 in 2025. In comparison, the housing prices in city B doubled every five years, with a projection of increment to just over 400,000 in 2025.
Body paragraph 2
Regarding housing status, renters aged 30-35 represented the majority of housing status, with 70% in 2010 and then rising by 10% in 2015. By contrast, only 30% of households lived in owned accommodation in 2010. After that, this figure experienced a slight reduction, declining to only 20% toward the end of this period.
