The maps below show a road system as it is now and the proposed changes in the future to reduce the number of accidents. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Introduction
The two maps lay out the current design and future design of a road system for an area along City Road and Forest Road. The redesign aims to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents at the intersections.
Overview
Overall, traffic accidents should be reduced by this proposal.
Body paragraph 1
Currently, there are a high number of accidents at four different points including the entrances to the local school and supermarket. There are no traffic lights even at the main intersection of Forest Road and City Road. The redesign will address some of the potential hazard zones. One point of improvement is the introduction of traffic lights at the intersection of Low Lane and City Road which also serves as the turn-off to the school. To further improve traffic, the intersection of Forest Road and City Road will become a roundabout. Rather than turning off City Road, cars accessing the supermarket will enter and exit directly from the roundabout.
Body paragraph 2
The intersection of Low Lane and Forest Road will be much the same as it is in the current design with a small modification to the street corner design. When assessing the proposed road system, great improvements are notable along City Road and the road itself has been straightened.
