The chart below shows the percentages of staff not going to work for different reasons between 2000 and 2010. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The chart provides information about how many employees were away from work in three different years and the reasons given.
Overall
Overall, the percentage gap between factors had narrowed by the end of the period surveyed, while sick leaves remained the largest single contributor.
Body paragraph 1
The two main factors for missing work, initially accounting for over 70% of cases, both experienced decreases. Among them the most common was medical conditions (45% in 2000), again the largest factor ten years later despite a ten-percent drop. A similar downward trend was recorded for family duties, responsible for 27% and 17% of cases of absence in 2000 and 2010, respectively.

The remaining three reasons, on the other hand, gradually became more common. In 2000, personal needs and unexpected problems were each cited by around 10% of people, both of which grew to around 20% ten years later. A three-percent rise, in comparison, was recorded for stress-related leaves, resulting in 8% in 2010.
