Introduction
These days, a growing number of companies are conducting meetings and organising training sessions via internet. Personally, I am inclined to the view that there are more beneficial effects, although some problems may occur.
Body Paragraph 1
The major advantage is that a huge sum of money can be saved. Large enterprises normally establish branches scattered in different places over the world, and they hold meetings and provide training on a regular basis from the headquarters. If meetings and training activities take place online, it is unnecessary for managers and trainers to travel to each branch, which means that travel expenses are no longer required. Another key benefit is that working efficiency can be improved considerably. If something urgent happens, a meeting can be offered to give immediate solutions. Meanwhile, employees who attend training sessions can go back to their work positions instantly without wasting any time.
Body Paragraph 2
It is certainly admitted that both online business conferences and employment training may entail negative consequences, one of which is that business security can become a concern. The reason for this is that competitors are highly likely to hack the system to steal vital information. As a result, corporations might suffer a great loss.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I strongly agree that the popularity of online meetings and training results in more advantages than disadvantages as this practice is cost-effective and enhances working efficiency. However, trade secrets are likely to be stolen during confidential meetings and training. Given this situation, it is suggested that businesses keep updating their communication system to avoid this situation.
